1. Our services

The services described on this site —managed IT, CRM implementation, app development and cloud and email infrastructure— are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal with each client. That agreement sets the scope, price and responsibilities of the work, and it prevails over these terms for those services.

2. Our apps

Each app we publish has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to the use of that app:

For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Purchases and refunds made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

3. Using this website

You may browse and share this site for personal or business information. You may not use it in a way that breaks the law, tries to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interferes with the site working for others.

4. Intellectual property

The RiverWorks IT name, logo, site content and our apps belong to RiverWorks IT LLC or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them except to view the site. Other product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

5. Information on this site

The site describes our company and services in general terms. It is not a binding offer: what we deliver to a client is what the agreement with that client says. We keep the content accurate and up to date, but we may change it at any time.

The site links to other websites, such as the app stores and our product sites. We are not responsible for websites we do not operate.

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, RiverWorks IT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be published here with a new effective date and applies from that date.
