These terms govern your use of the StageTouch app, published by RiverWorks IT LLC. By installing or using StageTouch you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use StageTouch on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
StageTouch is free to download and use, with some features reserved for StageTouch Pro. The free tier includes a limited number of saved presentations and touch-less zones per document; the current limits are shown in the app.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency, set by the store. All payments are collected by Apple or Google, not by us.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are charged for the next period within 24 hours of the current one ending. Cancel at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access running until the paid period ends.
Free trials. If you do not cancel before a trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals. Existing subscribers are notified by the store and may cancel; a Founders Lifetime purchase already made is never re-charged.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue, approve, or deny a refund, and we cannot promise one. Request one through the store you purchased from.
A Founders Lifetime purchase is tied to your store account, not to a single tablet. Use Restore Purchases in the app to unlock it on any device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google Play account.
StageTouch Pro includes future Pro features at no extra cost. Some features are shown in the app as upcoming and are clearly marked as such.
Anything marked upcoming is a plan, not a commitment to a date. We may change, delay, or drop a planned feature. Buy StageTouch Pro for what it does today; treat the roadmap as an indication of direction.
You keep all rights to your presentations, documents, and anything you create in StageTouch. We have no access to them.
StageTouch can display web pages and documents you choose, including third-party services such as online whiteboards and browser-based slide tools. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content or availability, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Do not use StageTouch to break the law, and do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
StageTouch is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with every device, operating system version, or third-party service.
You are responsible for testing your setup before you rely on it in front of an audience.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiverWorks IT LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of StageTouch, including lost business, lost opportunities, or losses connected with a presentation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for StageTouch in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using StageTouch at any time by deleting it. We may end this licence if you materially breach these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to use StageTouch after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
