StageTouch is made by RiverWorks IT LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the StageTouch app does with your information. It is short because the app does very little with it.
StageTouch does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on our servers. We do not have accounts, we do not run analytics, and we cannot see your presentations.
Everything you create in StageTouch is stored locally on your tablet and never sent to us:
Deleting the app removes all of it. We have no copy.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers. StageTouch contains no analytics, no crash-reporting service, no advertising network, and no attribution or tracking library of any kind.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. When you buy StageTouch Pro, your payment details go to the store, never to us — we never see your card number, billing address, or the identity behind the purchase.
The store tells the app one thing: that a purchase for this account succeeded. The app records that locally as an unlocked flag. Restoring a purchase asks the store the same question again.
Apple and Google handle that transaction under their own privacy policies:
StageTouch can display a web page you choose — a whiteboard, browser-based slides, a document viewer — inside the app.
When you do that, you are visiting that website. It can set its own cookies and collect information according to its own privacy policy, exactly as it would in a browser. We do not read, intercept, or record what loads there, and we have no relationship with those sites. The address you enter is saved on your device as part of the presentation, and nowhere else.
StageTouch is a professional presentation tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on request — the data lives on your device and is under your control. If you are in the EU, UK, or California and want confirmation of that in writing, write to us at itsupport@riverworksit.com and we will confirm it.
If a future version of StageTouch collects anything, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
