Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

This policy explains how RiverWorks IT LLC (“RiverWorks IT”, “we”, “us”), a company based in San Antonio, Texas, USA, handles personal information on this website (riverworksit.com), when we provide our services, and in the apps we publish.

1. Who is responsible

RiverWorks IT LLC, 21750 Hardy Oak Blvd, Ste 104 #208505, San Antonio, TX 78258-4946, USA. Email: itsupport@riverworksit.com.

2. Our apps have their own policies

Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store or Google Play listing, that describes exactly what that app collects and why. That policy is the one that applies to the app; this page sets out the principles all of them follow.

In all our apps: we collect only what the app needs to work, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising unless the app’s own policy says so and asks for your consent. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your card details.

3. This website

riverworksit.com has no forms, no user accounts, no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. When you visit it:

4. When you contact us

If you write to us by email, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

5. When we provide services to your business

When we manage IT, implement a CRM, build an app or run infrastructure for a client, we may access personal information that belongs to that client and its customers. We handle it only on the client’s instructions and for the purpose of the service, under our agreement with that client, and we do not use it for any other purpose. The client remains responsible for its own customers’ data; questions about that data should go first to the client.

6. Who else handles information

We use a small number of service providers to operate: our hosting provider (DigitalOcean, in the United States), Google Workspace for email, and, in each app, the providers listed in that app’s own policy. We share information with them only so they can provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

7. How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted automatically. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to answer you and, for clients, for the duration of the relationship and the time required by law afterwards. Each app’s policy states its own retention periods.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Depending on where you live —for example the European Union, the United Kingdom, California or Texas— you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of them, write to itsupport@riverworksit.com. We will answer within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

9. Security

We protect information with reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and regular updates. No system is completely secure, and we will notify affected people and authorities of a breach when the law requires it.

10. Children

This website and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you before it applies.
